To immerse yourself in a yoga exercise fully, it makes perfect sense to combine it with water. If yoga is all about peace of mind and flowing ideas, aqua yoga, or yoga in the pool, is the +1 workout to literally practice it.

Trade your gym for an inflatable human-sized hamster ball. You just need someone to push you on water and the fun begins. The challenge is to stay upright and not fall.
