5 Tim McGraw
Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are country music’s hottest couple, but that doesn’t stop them from spending quality time with their three girls, Maggie, Audrey and Gracie. McGraw is one of those down-to-earth celebrities everybody loves, and you can imagine that attitude makes him a better father than stars who take themselves too seriously. The “My Little Girl” singer told “People” in 2008 that he balances his free-spirited attitude with being a family man by following two simple rules: Faith’s the boss and his girls are his life. The family is frequently seen together, whether taking walks or touring Windsor Castle.
4 Ben Affleck
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are a Hollywood power couple and parents to three kids—Violet, Seraphina and Samuel. Affleck has often expressed gratitude for his healthy family and said that he loves being a dad. Although he can’t always be with his children, he makes it to the important events. Affleck was there in June 2013 to baptize his son in Charleston, W. Va, the hometown of Garner.
3 Brad Pitt
Think what you will about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, but there are few things more admirable than adopting someone else’s kids, especially when that someone isn’t even your wife. Pitt adopted Jolie’s two adopted kids in 2006. He then went on to adopt another child with the Hollywood starlet. The leading man also fathered three children with Jolie, still his fiancee as of July 2013. He never seems to show favoritism to Shiloh, Knox or Vivienne, or overcompensate by giving more attention to his adopted children, Pax, Zahara and Maddox.
2 David Beckham
How many famous dads do you know regularly share the spotlight with their adorable kids? Even when he’s alone, David Beckham always has a reminder of his children in the form of tattoos. The names of his sons are tattooed on his back, and Harper, his daughter’s name, is on his neck. Becks is spotted more often with at least one of his kids than he is with his wife, Victoria Beckham, aka Posh Spice.
1 Channing Tatum
One of today’s hottest celebrities and newest daddies is Channing Tatum, whose wife, actress Jenna Dewan-Tatum, gave birth to a baby girl on May 31, 2013. Despite humble claims of being useless, Tatum has really stepped up in the parent department. He is often seen carrying his daughter and doting on her every movement. The couple, who met while filming the original “Step Up,” appear to enjoy a united partnership when it comes to parenthood. It’s hard not to admire Tatum, once a teenage stripper and now a major Hollywood draw.
