Let’s face it: in the movies, looks are everything. But even for movie stars looks fade with the march of time. The superficial focus of the entertainment industry can make Hollywood a tough town for an older actress to find work in, especially if she coasted along on her beauty rather than her talent when still young. The ten veteran actresses in today’s article seem to have found a way to avoid confronting the issue entirely, however, and stay hot. Despite the fact that their average age is 48, all ten are still head-turning beauties. And hey, what do you know: all ten are still working actresses.

10.) Monica Bellucci

Monica Bellucci is an Italian model-turned-actress. She started modelling as a part-time vocation to fill in for the monetary requirement to complete her legal degree. She earned herself contracts with some of the top brands of fashion, namely, ‘Dolce & Gabbana’, ‘Christian Dior’ and ‘French Elle’. Acting ideally became the next big step. She started off with minor roles and was seen playing significant supporting roles in the heavy budget, big banner and super successful films like, ‘The Matrix Reloaded’, ‘The Matrix Revolutions’, ‘The Passion of Christ’, ‘Tears of the Sun’, ‘The Brothers Grimm, ‘The Sorcerer Apprentice’ and so on.

9.) Kate Beckinsale

Kate Beckinsale made her debut as the virginal Hero in Kenneth Branagh’s sun-dappled adaptation of “Much Ado About Nothing” (1993).  Since her breakthrough, Beckinsale went on to make a name for herself in her native England.  She gained widespread exposure in the blockbuster “Pearl Harbor” (2001). But it was Beckinsale’s starring turn as the leather-clad vampire warrior, Selene, in “Underworld” (2003) that earned her a legion of young comic book fans who enjoyed seeing her reprise the sexy role in “Underworld: Evolution” (2006).

8.). Sandra Bullock

Sandra Annette Bullock was born on July 26, 1964, in a Virginia suburb of Washington DC.   She broke into the big time with the 1994 Keanu Reeves vehicle Speed, she has gone on to make her mark as a producer, with movies like Two Weeks Notice and Hope Floats.  Arguably, her greatest role inGravity was not only a box office hit, bringing in over $675million, but also earned Sandra several awards and put her in the running for Best Actress at the 86th Annual Academy Awards.

7.)  Jane Seymour

Jane Seymour is old enough to be the mother of several women on this list, yet she is still looking great. And at 62 years of age, that alone is damned impressive (we should really ask her about her diet), but for Seymour, being in her seventh decade and still being smoking hot isn’t enough. No, this former Bond Girl keeps on appearing in TV shows and on the big screen year after year. She has also penned several inspirational self-help”books, but we somehow forgot to read those.

6.) Minka Kelly

Minka Kelly is an American actress and model. Her first starring role was in the NBC drama series Friday Night Lights and she has also appeared on the shows Parenthood, Charlie’s Angels, and Almost Human. Since 2018, Kelly has portrayed Dawn Granger, Dove on the DC Universe & HBO Max series Titans.

5.)  Catherine Zeta-Jones

Catherine Zeta-Jones is a woman of many contradictions. The raven-haired beauty’s dark complexion looks nothing like that of most of her fellow Welshman. Her name sounds almost Hispanic in origin. And her husband is twenty five years her senior. Oh well, who cares: she’s 43 and still the envy of women half her age. Zeta-Jones has starred in multiple films and is also a talented stage actress. She even won a Tony Award for her performance in the 2010 run of the musical “A Little Night Music.”

4.)  Salma Hayek

Salma Hayek is just a few years short of her fiftieth birthday and is still a strikingly attractive woman. Even more striking is the fact that she’s also an extremely talented actress. Hayek won an Academy Award for her portrayal of the eponymous title character in the 2002 film “Frida.”The fact that she managed to stay relevant at all after the 1999 Will Smith debacle known as “Wild Wild West”was impressive as well.

3.)  Jennifer Anniston

Jennifer Anniston was every guy’s crush in the 1990s and early 2000s when starring on the hit show “œFriends.”(She was also the object of every girl’s envy for being married to Brad Pitt.) She was also every guy’s crush in the later 2000s and early 2010s when merely being a stunning movie star. In her 44 years on earth, Anniston has established a hairstyle, starred in dozens of films and apparently amassed personal wealth of more than $100 million. She is also apparently pregnant every few weeks, according to stupid tabloids.

2.) Sofia Vergara

Sofia Margarita Vergara Vergara is a Colombian-American actress and model who started her acting career as a co-host of a couple of Spanish-language television shows on Univisión. She has modeled for a number of brands and products, and has launched her own clothing line and jewelry collection. She is married to Joe Manganiello and currently lives in Los Angeles, California with her son from her first marriage, Manolo. She is a cancer survivor and has created a foundation to help families in Colombia cope with cancer.  She is most famous for playing the role of Gloria Delgado-Pritchett on the ABC series ‘Modern Family’, which brought her numerous award nominations.

1.)  Halle Berry

Did you know that Halle Berry is almost fifty years old!? Hard to believe, we know”¦ so we checked and double checked and yes, it’s true. This talented, Academy Award winning, former beauty pageant queen clearly has some sort of age-defying serum she makes in an underground laboratory, because neither the years nor even parenthood has managed to make her any less stunning. Only a back-to-back viewing of the films “œCatwoman”and “œSwordfish”can make her appear less attractive, and the lingering effects of these films fades after only a day or two.
