Khloe Kardashian turned to Dr. Goglia when she needed to she a few pounds and lost 11lbs by cutting out her main weakness: cheese.

“When I lost 11 lbs. in one month, I didn’t want it to be true, because cheese was my vice!” she told People.

“Dairy is like eating moderately hard phlegm,” Dr. Goglia, told People. “It adversely affects digestion, it causes bloating and gas, it promotes inflammation, and it adversely affects oxygen utilization.”

Khole took the quick quiz and this it what it provided:

1.) Your metabolic ID and what it means.
2.) Your number one issue with your metabolism and how to fix it.
3.) A customized program synched to your body by me, Dr.Goglia

2.) Reduce Carbs Like Kim

Kim Kardashian initially went to Dr. Goglia to make healthier eating choices. “I was recommended to him by a few people,” she told ET. “He just helps you stay on a really good plan and trains you to eat healthier.”

Dr. Goglia advises his clients to avoid yeast, mold, and gluten – as well as to stay away from carbs at the dinner table.

“This basically means no bread,” he says. “They are multi-ingredient starches. They are yeast, mold, and gluten-bound.” You can have some carbs in your diet, but “the starches you should choose are one ingredient-potatoes, rice, oatmeal, oat flakes, or oat puffs.”

3.) Drink Water Like Jonah

Jonah Hill is another client of Dr. Goglia

When Jonah Hill graced the screen in 2007’s film Superbad, he was known as the funny chubby guy. His weight has fluctuated over the years, but now he’s in better shape than ever thanks to Dr. Goglia.

In addition to paying attention to food and cutting sugar, carbs, and alcohol, Dr. Goglia encourages drinking as much water as possible. He advises clients to consume at least half their body weight in ounces of water each day.

“Water does two things,” explains Goglia. “Firstly, it’s responsible for moving nutrients and toxins through your system, and then more importantly as it relates to your physique, it regulates temperature. If your water is low and you can’t regulate temperature patterns, then your body will start to store fat underneath your skin to act as insulation to control your temperature.”

Goglia also specifies that water means water – “not sparkling water, not juice, not coffee.”

4.) Don’t Forget to Eat Like Chris Pratt

When Chris Pratt needed to bulk up and get in Superhero shape for Guardians of the Galaxy, he turned to Dr. Goglia.

“Superheroes are like athletes,” Dr. Goglia explains.  “There is so much riding on their performance and appearance.” Dr. Goglia helped Chris lose over 60 pounds. His tip? Don’t forget to eat!

“I find the most common problem when looking over the diets of these guys is they’re all under-eating. You start to learn that as long as you’re burning a good amount, the more you eat, the more you’re going to lose,” explains Dr. Goglia “We’re laying muscle down on them, and they’re eating so much food. Some of these celebrities eat more than 6,000 calories a day just to lay down that muscle.”

5.)  Only Eat Protein and Veggies at Night Like Cara

Cara Delvigne is one of Dr. Goglia's clients

If Cara Delevingne wants to indulge in a few carbs during that day, that’s ok, but she needs to stay far away from them at dinner if she wants to stick to her nutritionist, Dr. Goglia’s, advice.

“At that point, there should be no energy source food. People don’t run a marathon after dinner. You don’t need a potato at dinner. You’re going to store it as fat, and then you’ll enflame” says Dr. Goglia.

Like most nutritionists, Goglia says fish is the best source of protein.

“Fish offers up a lot of anti-inflammatory benefitsand fat-burning benefits when consumed at night, but it’s got to be a fatty fish like salmon, sea bass, black cod or Arctic char,” he says.
