5 Luscious Face Masks You Can Make From Food!

Baby-soft skin is one thing that most women, and even some men want. We all look at a baby’s face and think, “My gosh, you can’t see their pores whatsoever! And by God it’s so smooth!”It absolutely is possible for adults to have the same or very close to skin that babies have – make sure that your nutrition is optimal, that you get at most about 15 minutes of sun a day, and that you are gentle when washing and moisturizing your skin. Drink plenty of water, fresh juices, eat fruit and healthy proteins, carbohydrates and fats, and get adequate sleep.
Masks help to deep clean the skin, increase blood circulation, improve the tone and prevent wrinkles and lines. They also affect the mood, often creating an inner glow to match the outer glow. Just find one that works with your skin type and apply at least once a week.
