Food Network has the perfect recipe get you started, if you want to make this for your own party. Serve it with crackers, tortilla chips, or even veggies that are sturdy enough to scoop up some of the tasty cheese.

Make sure your appetizer table is decorated in Halloween party gear as well. The Halloween Haunted Hill Theme comes with a tablecloth, cups, plates, and napkins in this handy six piece bundle.

4. Bloody Good Punch

Blood Punch

Having a great party punch on hand is going to keep you from running to the kitchen filling glasses all night long. You can make any variety of punch in deep dark red for our Bloody Good Punch idea, but what really sells the fun are giant skull-shaped ice cubes.

The 3D Skull Silicone Ice Cube Mold Tray will produce high quality ice skulls that will be the talk of the party. Add at least eight of these skulls in a large punch bowl and not only will they be a fun talking point of the party, but your punch creation will stay icy cold all night long as well. If you’re having an adults only bash, then you can make this punch with festive spirits to really get the party rocking.

From the Food Network comes this adorably fun recipe. You can check out the video here on how to make the “mac o’ lanterns” out of orange bell peppers. Then you just stuff them with either boxed macaroni and cheese, or homemade. Either way, adults and kids will gobble these up, and they look truly festive for the season placed on a large Halloween-themed platter.

2. Mummy Dogs

Mummy Dogs

This is a classic way to serve hot dogs on Halloween. All you need is Pillsbury Crescent Dinner Roll Dough for this recipe and regular hot dogs of your choice. If you want to do chicken dogs, turkey dogs, or even vegan dogs, you can change it up for your party guests who may not eat regular hot dogs.

Serve up your mummy dogs with lots of dipping sauces for extra fun. You’ll need a great set of ramekins, if you don’t have some on hand. Dye different sauces for more Halloween-themed fun.

1. Classic Spooky Graveyard Cake

Graveyard Cake

No party is complete without the tried and true “graveyard” cake. You can make this in a variety of different ways, but overall it’s easier to just bake boxed cake mix in a 13 x 9 inch baking pan — the decorations are what makes this cake exceptionally spooky.

You’ll need crushed up Oreo cookies for the dirt that covers over the graveyard — just the black sandwich cookie part, discard the creamy middle filling. (Or eat it yourself!) Then you can make little tombstones out of graham crackers and write in red icing “RIP” on each tombstone. Gummy worms and marshmallow ghosts are a great way to complete the look, and impress your guests.
