Everyone loves peanut butter cookies — even people who don’t necessarily like peanut butter generally like peanut butter cookies. Make these for a day at the park, a school function, as a gift for a friend or as a surprise for your lover.
For each recipe, preheat the oven to the specified time (it’s different for each kind of cookie) simply mix the dry and wet ingredients separately, and then mix together. Shape into balls, then press down lightly on them making a cross-hatch formation on them with a fork, or drop onto a non-stick cookie sheet and bake at the specified time. If you are allergic to peanuts, try substituting almond butter or sunflower butter! Each recipe makes 24 cookies.
