Jay is the founder and President of Top 5 Data Services, Inc. Jay oversees all of Top 5's operations, including its consulting practice and data service offerings. Prior to founding Top 5, Jay served as a compensation consultant to various technology and life sciences companies throughout the country. He also has extensive experience in designing and conducting compensation and benefits surveys, working with survey groups in a variety of industries. Jay holds a BA degree in Natural Sciences from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.
