This survey covers recent and impending salary increase actions by companies in the life sciences sector. Participants will receive a report that breaks out information by industry sub-sector (medical device, biopharmaceutical) and company demographics (public vs. private, U.S. employment level) in a manner that provides a reasonable level of specificity while preserving participant data anonymity.

Survey Schedule:

We will collect data from Monday, October 17 through Friday, October 28 and distribute results via email to all participants by Tuesday, November 1.

Instructions:

Please complete all required fields below (required fields are highlighted in bold type).

Please enter in the indicated fields actual 2011 salary increase averages and projected or budgeted 2012 increases averages by job class for U.S-based employees only. Exclude any actual or budgeted percentages for promotions.

Enter any increases occurring in calendar year 2011 as current year (2011) increases and increases scheduled for implementation in calendar year 2012 as projected increases for 2012, regardless of your company's fiscal year.

Please enter increase percentages as a whole number followed by two decimal places (enter a five percent increase as "5.00"). Do not enter a "%" sign.

When you have completed the survey click on the "Click to Submit Data" button at the bottom of the survey page.
